We follow a distinguished methodology that depends on the method of building competencies, which is based on three main pillars:

  • Enhancing specialized knowledge in training topics, which constitutes 40% of the total training hours allocated to the course.
  • Laboratory application of all training topics by 20% of the total training hours allocated to the course.
  • Practical in side of the factories of all training topics by 40% of the total training hours allocated to the course.
  • A preliminary measure to determine the levels of trainees.
  • Weekly evaluation to measure the usefulness of the training, and its conformity with the training need.
  • Providing companies with weekly reports on the progress of trainees, their commitment to training, their levels, and their attendance record.
